Return Policy – TETA Crafts

At TETA Crafts, every product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

Eligible Reasons for Return

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. Product received is damaged

  2. Manufacturing defect found

  3. Wrong item delivered

Returns will not be accepted for reasons related to personal preferences, minor color variations, or change of mind.

Return Request Timeline

  • Return requests must be raised within 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • Requests made after 3 days will not be eligible for return or replacement.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To ensure a smooth and transparent return process:

  • A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video must show:

    • The sealed package

    • The unboxing process

    • The damaged/defective/mistaken item clearly

  • Requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.


How to Raise a Return Request

Please email us at support.tetacrafts@gmail.com with the following details:

  1. Order ID

  2. Reason for return

  3. Clear images of the issue

  4. Unboxing video (mandatory)

Our team will review the request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Return Approval & Processing

  • Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

  • Returned products must be:

    • Unused

    • In original condition

    • With original packaging and tags intact

  • After inspection, a replacement or refund will be initiated as applicable.


Refund Information

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original mode of payment.

  • Refunds are typically completed within 7–10 business days after the returned item passes quality inspection.


Important Notes

  • TETA Crafts reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet the above conditions.

  • Handmade and handcrafted products may have slight variations, which are not considered defects.
